• Plenty, of tasty, homemade food.
• All alcohol rights and a splendid whisky bar.
• Few disturbing activities, like dance, that splits the group.
• Accessibility to many teambuilding activities at Solbacka or in the surrounding wilderness.
• Other recreation activities such as whiskytasting, golf putting competition on our own putting green, or a midnight party in the Wilderness sauna and the big wooden hot-tub barrel.

Cons:

• The conference rooms are maximised to 30 persons.
• The rooms aren’t identical.
• We have no public dance facilities.
